Bar Fees – Based on event length (5 hour service)

1st hour $12.00 pp

2nd hour $6.00 pp

Additional hours $3.50 pp

fees include, corking fees, socking, ice, trash removal, recycling removal, disposables, set up and tear down. (Bar tenders also will be allowed a tip jar)

Beverages Include – All locally brewed

               Wine

               Cayuga white      

               Chardonnay

               Sweet red

               Dry red

Beer

               IPA

               Pilsner

               Lager

               Stout or porter

               Soda and Water

               Saranac soda

               Bottled Saratoga water
